Hey everyone! I'm getting married this coming Saturday, and we're doing a very Halloweeny wedding!

I'd love to get some input on this... what was everyone's family reactions when they revealed their plans? Mine was a bit taken aback at first, but as time has gone on they have started to go with the flow.

My dress is a dark blue velvet, and my girls are all in dark green. I can't wait to post some pics when we get them! :)

Fellating Nuns Since Time Began
Hello!

So are any of you Halloween weddings folks doing Out Of Town/Hospitality bags for your guests? If so, are you getting Halloween-themed stuff to put in them? I’m trying to come up with some neat ideas but I’m stumped! What are you putting in your bags?

Thanks!!

I think Halloween themed pez dispensers would be a great favor. Who doesn't love pez candy? This was one of my favorite candies as a kid and I love being able to incorporate these kinds of things into my hallowedding!

Also, the gift card box is 2/3 complete (pictures to come).

These turned out SO MUCH BETTER than I thought they would.

Hope that worked!

We used plain old hot glue gun sticks (thanks again to whoever suggested this, I've forgotten your user name!), the mini gun kind. Low temp worked better for us. 3 1/2 trigger pulls seemed to do the trick. Our stamper came from wax-works.com. A bit pricey but they had the design we wanted in stock. We put the stamper on an ice pack, then dabbed it on a paper towel with oil all over it, and VOILA! Then we sprayed them flat black and did a bit of highlighting in silver. It was super easy but time consuming. Also, the only thing we could find that they wouldn't stick to was an old Teflon non-stick cookie sheet. Everything else we tried (foil, an old cutting board, parchment paper, cardstock, even glass) they stuck like, well, glue too.

Like I said, SUPER easy project but it will take a bunch of time to knock a large amount out. We did 100 and it took about 2 hours to get them stamped and painted. But we're super pleased with the results and everyone has loved them on their invitations.

Holy crap, ladies, we're like 19 days away! Anyone losing their minds yet?
